Summary
NOAA Fisheries issued regulations under the MMPA and a Letter of Authorization (LOA) to the U.S. Air Force for take of marine mammals incidental to launches, aircraft, and helicopter operations from Vandenberg Air Force Base launch complexes and Delta Mariner operations, cargo unloading activities, and harbor maintenance dredging for the period March 2014 to March 2019.
