Tribal Resource Management Plan (TRMP) for the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission

NOAA Fisheries proposes to issue an Endangered Species Act (ESA) determination under the ESA tribal 4(d) rule for a Tribal Resource Management Plan (TRMP) prepared by the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission. NOAA Fisheries has prepared a Proposed Evaluation and Pending Determination (PEPD). The PEPD is being provided to the public for review and comment.
