We study Alaska ecosystems through a combination of scientific observation and model development to examine how environmental change, including climate change, affects the long-term health of fish, crabs, and other marine life and the communities that rely on them. Â
Our goal is to provide ecosystem information to fishermen, resource managers, and others so they can make informed decisions ensuring sustainable fisheries and maintaining ecosystem and community resiliency.
