Summary

NOAA Fisheries is proposing to issue an Incidental Harassment Authorization to the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University (L-DEO). L-DEO requested authorization to take marine mammals incidental to a marine geophysical survey of the Queen Charlotte Fault in the Northeast Pacific Ocean. The proposed survey would be funded by the National Science Foundation. NOAA Fisheries is requesting comments on its proposal.
