NOAA Fisheries has issued an IHA to Ocean Wind II, LLC (Ocean Wind II), an affiliate of Orsted Wind Power North America LLC (Orsted), to incidentally harass, by Level B harassment, marine mammals during marine site characterization surveys off New Jersey in and around the area of Commercial Lease of Submerged Lands for Renewable Energy Development on the Outer Continental Shelf Lease Area (OCS)-A 0532.
