Summary

NOAA Fisheries has issued an IHA to the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (L-DEO) to incidentally harass marine mammals during geophysical surveys of the Guerrero Gap off the coast of Mexico in the Eastern Tropical Pacific.

Location of the proposed seismic surveys and OBS deployments in the Eastern Tropical Pacific Ocean off the west coast of Mexico.
